Caution Regarding Unauthorized VPNs and Private DNS

Recently, there have been cases of personal information leaks due to the use of unauthorized VPNs and private DNS services.

Using unauthorized VPNs or private DNS services can allow the service providers to view all packet information, potentially exposing your login credentials, including usernames and passwords.

Please take the following steps:

1. If you have already used an unauthorized VPN or private DNS, immediately disconnect the service and change your password.

2. If you suspect any issues, please:

• Contact us through “My Page > Settings > Inquiry” in the app, or

• If you cannot use the app, send an email to help@walkmining.com.
